Meleeza’s passion for hearing healthcare stems from a deep belief that hearing well is essential to living well. She holds a four-year bachelor’s degree in audiology and speech-language pathology and is licensed in Nova Scotia as a hearing instrument specialist. With a strong academic foundation and over eight years of clinical experience, Meleeza is a valued and welcome member of the Provincial Hearing team.
For her, this profession isn’t just about technology – it’s about restoring confidence, rebuilding relationships and improving quality of life. She takes great pride in providing compassionate, client-centred care and finds immense joy in seeing someone smile after hearing clearly again.
Outside the clinic, Meleeza has a deep love for travel and exploration. She believes that every journey brings a new story, a fresh perspective and a chance to grow.
Travelling allows her to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, experience the beauty of nature and appreciate life beyond work. Whether she’s hiking through peaceful landscapes, exploring historic towns or simply enjoying a quiet sunset in a new place, she finds inspiration that recharges her spirit and deepens her empathy as a healthcare professional.
